Kristi Noem casts 29 delegate votes for Trump. Governor Kristi Noem spoke briefly at the Republican National Convention on Monday, Aug. 24, to cast the state’s 29 delegate votes.

Noem’s introduction to the convention was met with a long applause.

“In South Dakota, under God, people rule. Our government respects people’s rights. We love our freedoms and we honor the men and women who have come before us to build this great nation,” Noem said during the introduction.”

Gov Kristi Noem set to speak at RNC

The Republican National Convention will start on Monday, and Gov. Kristi Noem (R-S.D.) is scheduled to speak on Wednesday, according to the RNC schedule.

Early last week Noem’s office confirmed she would be speaking at the Republican National Convention. The day of Gov Kristi Noem’s speech is themed “Land of Heroes.”
