Maria Dorso, the winner of Don Garber’s ALL IN Challenge will have her name on the official Major League Soccer ball.
Her name will take the place of Garber’s on official match balls for the Major League Soccer Is Back Tournament.
The ALL IN challenge was a part of the MLS Unites platform designed to educate communities. Garber and MLS owners, clubs, and executives all participated in the challenge. The challenge raised over $60 million to benefit Meals on Wheels, No Kid Hungry, and America’s Food Fund in order to provide relief for families during the COVID-19 pandemic. VIP experience for MLS ALL-IN challenge winner
Dorso, the winner of the challenge, is from Fairfield County, Connecticut, and lives with her daughter, Ella, and wife Emily. Dorso first became a soccer fan when Ella began playing on the recreational level. She will also receive a V.I.P experience for herself and three others to attend the MLS All-Star Game in 2021.

The winning ball will feature Dorso’s signature in all the matches in Orlando. MLS clubs will be playing at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida starting Wednesday night. Due to the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdowns, the games will be played without fans. The tournament’s winner will receive a spot in the 2021 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League. Group stage games will count in the standings of the regular season.
